I was honored to shoot Amy WInehouse at Philadelphia’s World Cafe Live on May 6th, 2007. With Questlove and the Roots crew backing a wonderful Black Lily line up (Jill Scott, Alice Smith and Ursula Rucker among others), Amy surprised the crowd and killed it with the amazing and unique voice that rocked the world.
