I recently collaborated with the talented English musician Florence Welch of “Florence & The Machine” for a live in-store video performance at Origami Vinyl. I was shooting stills + video and accomplished what I set out to do with both mediums. As the photo market changes with still + video packages becoming regular, its nice to know that one medium doesn’t get sacrificed (if executed properly). I’m a still shooter at heart, with photography as my first thought, but I think the new developments are exciting and a sign of things to come.
